The Walk Out
June 29, 2010 by Natasha
I remember July 2008 very clearly, I was crying my eyes out after having another ear bashing from my boss. Clearly I couldn’t carry on like this, I was miserable and of course it was all down to the job I hated and the boss who didn’t seem to let up. I’d been thinking about quitting for months but didn’t have the courage to let go of the only income I had and with very little money in the bank, I couldn’t afford to just walk out without having another job to go to. The problem was that the job had been slowly killing me for the last 12 months and the more miserable I became, the more desperately I searched for a way out.
That night I went to bed and something seemed to shift in me because I woke up the next morning a changed Woman. I knew exactly what I needed to do and nothing was going to stop me from doing it.
Within the week, I had cut off my hair, cleared out my wardrobe, let go of draining friends and with a brand new outlook on life, I walked into work and handed in my resignation. The relief I felt when I walked out the door was amazing. It wasn’t just a job I was walking out on, finally I had set myself free from the shackles that had held me captive for far too long.
I’d love to say that my ‘walk out’ happened out of the blue, but it didn’t. It was the previous 7 months of diving into the inner me and clearing away all the cobwebs that kept me stuck. Today I still do exactly the same, if something isn’t serving my highest good, then I simply walk out of that state and step into the shoes that belong to me. It’s not always easy which is why I choose to have people help me along the way and just as importantly I choose to be my own best friend.
Sending my love to those of you who have also been set free and courage to those who are nearly there.
Love,
Natasha

June 25, 2010 by Natasha
I’ve been in Spain for the last week to watch my Sister and her long term partner finally get hitched! It’s been a wonderful few days sharing it with the rest of my family and of course, taking some time out is always a good thing!
I’ve just come back to my room after a lazy day by the pool and suddenly thought I should let you know about a teleclass that I’m giving on Monday 28 June at 5pm in UK, 6pm CET, 12pm Eastern.
I am going to be speaking with Rachel Moheban, Founder of The Relationship Suite. Rachel contacted me a few months ago asking if I would share, my insights into creating and maintaining great relationships with her community. I jumped at the chance, especially since this is an area I have had particularly great success in.
Creating and maintaining great relationships is a vital component to achieving ultimate happiness. We have so many different types of relationships, it makes sense to know how to get them right.
In this 1 hour class, I’m going to be sharing with you my ‘7 Steps to Creating and Maintaining Relationships that Rock’. This is a formula that can be used for all types of relationships, whether it be romantic, family, friends, colleagues, relationships with clients and even that most important relationship with yourself!
This class is taken over the telephone, so you will have to dial in to a number in USA. All details will be sent to you by email once you’ve registered.

Hope you’ll join us!

Dream Big & Dig Deep
June 8, 2010 by Natasha
Wow where do the days go! I was supposed to write a new post and with all the traveling around visiting wedding venues, flying back to Belgium and fitting in all my other commitments, I’ve barely had a chance to think let alone write!
I’ve been pondering what to share with you and every time I fixed on something, I would start writing and then change my mind! There’s so much I want to give you but I have to be mindful that I’m writing an email not a book!
So here it is, I’ve decided to leave you with a question to ponder.
What is the highest vision you have for yourself?
Take some time to think about it and write down whatever comes to you. Make your vision as grand as you can, include every area of your life; your relationships, family, career, finances, health, hobbies, sports, enjoyment, passion, life purpose, spirituality, anything that is important to you. Allow yourself to dream big and dig deep, anything goes, this is your highest vision.
At this point, you don’t need to know how you will bring this into your life, you don’t even have to believe it can happen. All you have to do is open a window of possibility that it ‘could’ happen and allow yourself to dream.
Use all of your senses to get into the flow of this magical life, that is yours in your imagination. Get a sense of the true you, the authentic you, the all knowing, all loving you. Feel what it’s like standing in your power, owning your life, living on purpose, sharing, contributing, laughing, en-joying, being free.
Your subconscious mind doesn’t know whether you are remembering something from the past, whether you are imagining it or whether you are actually seeing it with your own eyes in this very moment. This is very special and can be used to your advantage because it is your subconscious that rules the show.
It is believed that anything from 80 – 98% of everything you do is determined by the information held in the subconscious.
Your emotions, feelings, patterns, behaviours, values, attitudes, beliefs are all in there. So once you have this higher vision of
you with all the senses attached to it, your subconscious can and will help you to make it happen.
Now, ask yourself what you can do to take the next step to achieving your highest vision. Commit to doing something for you, it doesn’t matter what it is, just get moving, take some action, remember it doesn’t have to be perfect.
When you’ve made the decision to ‘Go Get’ the life you deserve and you support it with action, you will be amazed at what YOU have in store for YOU!
Don’t sell yourself short, your are important, your are brilliant and you can live by the ‘I can have it all rule’.
I sincerely hope you have taken at least 1 small thing from these emails. I’d be delighted to hear your thoughts!
Love,
Natasha
P.S. Can you remember I wrote in a post that some of you would Step Up, Stand Out and Be Recognised, well 2 of you have already stepped forward and I’m going to be giving another 8 of you the chance to do the same. Look out for more information coming soon!
P.P.S. We’ve booked our wedding venue! The first place we saw had our name on it. It’s amazing how easily things fall into place when you are aligned with your purpose. Being guided to your next step is so much easier that trying to figure it out for yourself!

Are your Decisions serving you?
June 1, 2010 by Natasha
Last week I had the greatest pleasure of being interviewed on Jimmy Petruzzi’s radio show on Real Coaching Radio Network. You wouldn’t believe it but we ran into every technical hitch you could imagine. At one point I was talking for about 20 minutes whilst they were trying to get the equipment working. Thankfully, it’s been edited, so you would never know!
I’m delighted to share the interview with you because I talk about some of the lessons I’ve learned along my journey to brilliance. The biggest points I’d like you to listen out for are the decisions I made as a child and how they affected my adult life. Also listen out for the new decision I made only 5 years ago that would change the course of my life forever.
You can listen to the recording here, copy and paste the full link into your browser:
http://coachsteve.audioacrobat.com/deluge/49304343-d1f9-bf8b-8ad3-de6dcf945385.mp3
You will definitely want to listen if you are experiencing recurring problems, issues or challenges, such as choosing the wrong partners, money problems, unable to show or give love, people pleasing, procrastination, needing to be perfect to name a few.
Enjoy! And please share your thoughts.
Love,
Natasha
