Last week I was sorting through an old folder and found a list of goals that I’d written when I was living in Argentina in 2006. I’d replied to an ad on an Expat website, that said something like this:

Are you tired and lacking energy?

Would you like to be happier and enjoy life more?

Are there things you are missing out on?

Is it time for change?

I ticked all the boxes and oh yes, I was definitely ready for change, so I immediately signed on the dotted line! A few days later a lovely American Woman came to our apartment and Chris and I started some Coaching sessions.

The first thing she got us to do was to write out our 1 month, 3 month and 6 month goals, 9 in total, 3 items in each area. When I found the paper, I reminisced the 5 months we’d been in Buenos Aires. We’d had a great time, met loads of people, ate amazing food, drank delicious beer and wine but could have enjoyed it more if we hadn’t been tied to our jobs.

At the time, I was in desperate mode and just about had my head above water. As usual I was trying harder and harder and wouldn’t give up. Whilst this trait has served me in many ways, it’s also been a detriment and kept me doing things for far longer than I should have, with little or no reward.

The fact is, you can keep doing the same thing over and over with little or no reward but it ain’t gonna change much. These are the things you want to drop like a hot potato and try something different, even if you have no idea if the change will actually change anything!

So when I read through my 9 goals, I wasn’t let’s say jumping with joy. When Chris came home, I showed him the paper and with a big smile he said ‘ you’ve done well, look at how much you’ve achieved’. I sighed and said ‘are you taking the p*@*s’. He said ‘no, you have done well, are you taking the p*@*?’. I proceeded to go through each goal and explained why I’d failed so miserably.

I then caught myself. I was in one of my recurring themes, running it like a well known film. I’d become blindsided, focusing on what I hadn’t achieved. Everyone has non-serving recurring themes, you can pin point yours by becoming aware of your inner self talk and mistakes that you seem to make over and over.

Once it was in my awareness, I was able to open my eyes and mind and read the goals in a different context and yes I had achieved them, 100%. Why is this story relevant and why am I sharing it with you? The point is that if I’m falling into this behaviour, then it’s likely that you are too.

Take a look at where you are devaluing yourself unnecessarily and do what you’ve got to, to raise that self worth through the roof. We’ve been trained long enough to put everything but ourselves first and I’m asking you to stop doing that. Put yourself first, open your eyes to your worth and if you know that there is more out there waiting for you, then don’t let anything get in the way. Because your ego will find every excuse to keep you small and so will other people.

People who are stuck in their own low self worth stuff, people who stopped dreaming long ago and people who would begrudge you having what you want. Don’t get me wrong they don’t do it to hurt you, in fact quite the opposite, they think they’re helping you but in fact they’re just consulting their own writings on their walls, which is telling them they can’t have what they want.

And the people closest to you, the ones who love you can also sabotage your success. It doesn’t matter how much they love you, how hard you try to explain to them or how much they get you, they can’t possibly share the same feelings as you because they aren’t you. They aren’t inside your body, feeling what you’re feeling, seeing what you’re seeing, thinking what you’re thinking or hearing what you hear.

If you have that deep knowing that you are here for something more than you are sharing right now, then you must start listening to that voice of wisdom. The inner you, the perfect you, the all knowing you, is on your side and will help you get to where you’re supposed to be.

You can have what you want and do you know how I know, because I have what I want and if I can have it then so can you.

Put yourself first, own up to what’s keeping you small and do what you’ve got to do to make it happen. When you’re happy and fulfilled, everyone around you benefits so much more than when you deny yourself your truth.

Love,

Natasha

I know if you’re reading this, you’re what I call a Passioneer. A Passioneer is someone who knows they are here to make Big Waves in the world and are fed up of only making small splashes.

Passioneers have a fire in their belly and know they are here to do something special. And believe it or not Passioneers have Passion, but don’t always know how to uncover it, channel it and make the Big Waves they’re capable of.

Most Passioneers are supposed to be running their own successful businesses because making Big Waves isn’t about being tied down to achieving other peoples dreams for them, it’s about achieving their own dreams and then inspiring others to do the same.

If this is you and you want to learn how I’ve made Big Waves in my life, my families life, in my clients lives and how I contribute to raising the consciousness of our beautiful planet – then it’s time you spent a VSP day with me.

A Very Special Person day is your chance to Supercharge your FLOW and get on the Pathway to achieving more Fulfilment, Love, Opportunity and Wealth. And the good news is that I’m taking applications to join me for a day in Brussels, London, San Diego or Virtually.

Last year I invested in myself heavily and spent money I didn’t have, the rewards were seconds to none. This year I did exactly the same and if you’ve been following my emails, you’ll know that my life and business have sky rocketed beyond my expectations. This is exactly what happens when you ‘Step Up’ and make yourself and your future worth it.

If you think it’s time to invest in your future then it’s time to apply for your VSP day. All you have to do is email info@natashaabudarham.com with VSP day and the country you want to meet me in and I will send you an application form and the dates available.

Please note, I made a big boo boo in my agenda, so if you are in Brussels or can attend Virtually, I have 8, 9 and 10 July available at a 50% discount. You gotta be quick because these are going to fly off the shelf!

I’m excited to be assisting, guiding and supporting the Passioneers who know they’re supposed to be making Big Waves with me!

Love,

Natasha

P.S. Read how others have made Big Waves in their lives

I remember July 2008 very clearly, I was crying my eyes out after having another ear bashing from my boss. Clearly I couldn’t carry on like this, I was miserable and of course it was all down to the job I hated and the boss who didn’t seem to let up. I’d been thinking about quitting for months but didn’t have the courage to let go of the only income I had and with very little money in the bank, I couldn’t afford to just walk out without having another job to go to. The problem was that the job had been slowly killing me for the last 12 months and the more miserable I became, the more desperately I searched for a way out.

That night I went to bed and something seemed to shift in me because I woke up the next morning a changed Woman. I knew exactly what I needed to do and nothing was going to stop me from doing it.

Within the week, I had cut off my hair, cleared out my wardrobe, let go of draining friends and with a brand new outlook on life, I walked into work and handed in my resignation. The relief I felt when I walked out the door was amazing. It wasn’t just a job I was walking out on, finally I had set myself free from the shackles that had held me captive for far too long.

I’d love to say that my ‘walk out’ happened out of the blue, but it didn’t. It was the previous 7 months of diving into the inner me and clearing away all the cobwebs that kept me stuck. Today I still do exactly the same, if something isn’t serving my highest good, then I simply walk out of that state and step into the shoes that belong to me. It’s not always easy which is why I choose to have people help me along the way and just as importantly I choose to be my own best friend.

Sending my love to those of you who have also been set free and courage to those who are nearly there.

Love,
Natasha

I’ve been in Spain for the last week to watch my Sister and her long term partner finally get hitched! It’s been a wonderful few days sharing it with the rest of my family and of course, taking some time out is always a good thing!

I’ve just come back to my room after a lazy day by the pool and suddenly thought I should let you know about a teleclass that I’m giving on Monday 28 June at 5pm in UK, 6pm CET, 12pm Eastern.

I am going to be speaking with Rachel Moheban, Founder of The Relationship Suite. Rachel contacted me a few months ago asking if I would share, my insights into creating and maintaining great relationships with her community. I jumped at the chance, especially since this is an area I have had particularly great success in.

Creating and maintaining great relationships is a vital component to achieving ultimate happiness. We have so many different types of relationships, it makes sense to know how to get them right.

In this 1 hour class, I’m going to be sharing with you my ‘7 Steps to Creating and Maintaining Relationships that Rock’. This is a formula that can be used for all types of relationships, whether it be romantic, family, friends, colleagues, relationships with clients and even that most important relationship with yourself!

This class is taken over the telephone, so you will have to dial in to a number in USA. All details will be sent to you by email once you’ve registered.

To register for this class, go to www.couplestoolkit.com

Hope you’ll join us!

Love,

Wow where do the days go! I was supposed to write a new post and with all the traveling around visiting wedding venues, flying back to Belgium and fitting in all my other commitments, I’ve barely had a chance to think let alone write!

I’ve been pondering what to share with you and every time I fixed on something, I would start writing and then change my mind! There’s so much I want to give you but I have to be mindful that I’m writing an email not a book!

So here it is, I’ve decided to leave you with a question to ponder.

What is the highest vision you have for yourself?

Take some time to think about it and write down whatever comes to you. Make your vision as grand as you can, include every area of your life; your relationships, family, career, finances, health, hobbies, sports, enjoyment, passion, life purpose, spirituality, anything that is important to you. Allow yourself to dream big and dig deep, anything goes, this is your highest vision.

At this point, you don’t need to know how you will bring this into your life, you don’t even have to believe it can happen. All you have to do is open a window of possibility that it ‘could’ happen and allow yourself to dream.

Use all of your senses to get into the flow of this magical life, that is yours in your imagination. Get a sense of the true you, the authentic you, the all knowing, all loving you. Feel what it’s like standing in your power, owning your life, living on purpose, sharing, contributing, laughing, en-joying, being free.

Your subconscious mind doesn’t know whether you are remembering something from the past, whether you are imagining it or whether you are actually seeing it with your own eyes in this very moment. This is very special and can be used to your advantage because it is your subconscious that rules the show.

It is believed that anything from 80 – 98% of everything you do is determined by the information held in the subconscious.
Your emotions, feelings, patterns, behaviours, values, attitudes, beliefs are all in there. So once you have this higher vision of
you with all the senses attached to it, your subconscious can and will help you to make it happen.

Now, ask yourself what you can do to take the next step to achieving your highest vision. Commit to doing something for you, it doesn’t matter what it is, just get moving, take some action, remember it doesn’t have to be perfect.

When you’ve made the decision to ‘Go Get’ the life you deserve and you support it with action, you will be amazed at what YOU have in store for YOU!

Don’t sell yourself short, your are important, your are brilliant and you can live by the ‘I can have it all rule’.

I sincerely hope you have taken at least 1 small thing from these emails. I’d be delighted to hear your thoughts!

Love,
Natasha

P.S. Can you remember I wrote in a post that some of you would Step Up, Stand Out and Be Recognised, well 2 of you have already stepped forward and I’m going to be giving another 8 of you the chance to do the same. Look out for more information coming soon!

P.P.S. We’ve booked our wedding venue! The first place we saw had our name on it. It’s amazing how easily things fall into place when you are aligned with your purpose. Being guided to your next step is so much easier that trying to figure it out for yourself!

1. In order to be be truly ‘Brilliant’ you need to live a ‘Brilliant Life’. In order to live a ‘Brilliant Life’ you need to educate y
ourself. That education starts by understanding YOU.
2. It doesn’t matter where your life has taken you, nor does it matter what you have or haven’t got right now, what matters is
“Every Passing Moment is a chance to turn it all around” Vanilla Sky
3. Once you build a strong solid foundation (YOU) you can literally build any type of house you want (YOUR LIFE). The
hard work comes when building your foundation
4. Everyone can live her/his dream, s/he only needs to believe it to be true and seek the answers to make it a reality
5. The path to ‘Brilliance’ will reveal challenges along the way. This is when the belief in your ‘Brilliance’ will be tested,
overcoming these challenges is when you will sparkle the most
6. You have been conditioned to limit yourself in ways you often won’t realise. Limitations can become limitless if you make the
choice
7. Everything you need is within you, start by listening to the messages and learn to decode their meaning
8. The truth will often hurt you more than it will hurt someone else. By living your truth, your ‘Brilliance’ will shine beyond your
expectations
9. When you are at your best, those you love get the best of you and in turn, will learn how they too, can be their very best
10. Nothing else matters other than this very moment. Once it’s gone, it can never be repeated. Enjoy it, Treasure it and Love it

I’m delighted to share the interview with you because I talk about some of the lessons I’ve learned along my journey to brilliance. The biggest points I’d like you to listen out for are the decisions I made as a child and how they affected my adult life. Also listen out for the new decision I made only 5 years ago that would change the course of my life forever.

You can listen to the recording here, copy and paste the full link into your browser:

You will definitely want to listen if you are experiencing recurring problems, issues or challenges, such as choosing the wrong partners, money problems, unable to show or give love, people pleasing, procrastination, needing to be perfect to name a few.

Enjoy! And please share your thoughts.

Three months ago I went to the dentist with some teeth niggles. The first thing she said was “Let’s see if you brush your teeth properly.” I instantly giggled and replied “I certainly hope I know how to brush my teeth, I’ve been doing it for over 30 years.”

It wasn’t long before I wished I’d kept my remark to myself, as it seemed my brushing habits were far from supporting my teeth and gums. The leftover red ointment clearly marked the plaque on my teeth and I was promptly shown the correct way to brush.

That night I followed the Dentist’s advice and I have to say, the new way of brushing wasn’t as easy as it looked. At times it could be quite awkward and I really needed to focus my attention on what I was doing. Nevertheless, I did the best I could, often feeling as though I was never going to master it. It wasn’t long before, I had completely forgotten about the new way of brushing until I went back to the dentist on Tuesday.

As soon as I sat down the Dentist said “Ok Natasha, let’s see if you’ve been brushing your teeth properly”. I squirmed in the chair, certain there wouldn’t be an improvement, kicking myself that I didn’t try harder. I was handed a mirror and sheepishly opened my mouth. To my amazement there was very little red ointment showing plaque on my teeth. I couldn’t believe the improvement. They weren’t perfect but who needs perfection on your first attempt, all that mattered was they had improved.

I felt so proud, a big smile beamed from my face and strangely, I felt like I’d achieved something. Just then, it dawned on me that there were some wise lessons I could share with Nadine and you, my loyal circle.

1. You are always doing the best you can with the resources you’ve got. If you want to improve in any area, find someone to teach you what you don’t know

2. New habits aren’t easy to form. At first, it seems like hard work but with effort, focus and repetition, even the hardest habits can be kicked and new habits become effortless

3. You don’t have to be perfect to make a difference. By taking, what my Mentor calls ‘Imperfect Action’, you get the ball rolling. It may not seem like you’re making a difference on the surface but underneath things are changing. Doing a bit of something imperfectly is much better than doing nothing. Doing nothings keeps you stagnant and who wants that!

I hope you enjoyed today’s tips, feel free to email me with anything you want to share

Until tomorrow,

Love,

Yesterday I told you about Katharine, the person who said I was selling myself short and playing small. I took notice of her opinion because she is exactly where I want to be in my life and business and if anyone is going to help me take the next vital step, it’s her.

I was keen to stop selling myself short, so asked the Universe for some answers and opened the channels for the guidance and inspiration to come through. Thankfully, it didn’t take too long, take a read of what happened nex

Inspiration – “Natasha you should clear some clutter at home”

Natasha – “Yes good idea, a clear out always helps to focus”

Inspiration – “Natasha you’ve got lots of shoes and handbags you don’t use, take a look at those”

Natasha – “Yes that’s a great idea”

Inspiration – “Gosh look at all this stuff you never use, maybe you should take them to the second hand designer shop you keep seeing and never go in”

Natasha – “Oh yes that’s handy, I do keep looking at that shop every time I drive past, maybe they would buy these off me”

Inspiration – “Yes Natasha on Monday take them to the shop, you don’t need them anymore”

Natasha – “Oh but it’s such a shame I spent so much money on these things and they’re a reminder of when…….” within seconds I was crying again. I knew exactly what was stuck in my vibration, keeping me small.

The shoes and handbags were in my life before I became consciously aware of who I was and my life’s purpose. And even though I didn’t wear them, they were still in my house holding on to the old Natasha’s vibration. It all made sense and I knew I was going to continue to play small until I let the remnants of the old me out of my life.

On Monday, I took the shoes and handbags to the designer shop, surprisingly they’ll give me € 500 when they’re all sold. I cried again. Not only had I cleared my vibration but I was getting paid to do it, WOW I love the Universe!

So here’s the message for you today. What are you holding in your vibration that is preventing you from taking your next step to greatness. Nadine will have to take a real good look into this area because this could make or break her business.

I hope you’ve enjoyed today’s installment, let me know if it helped!

Love,

Natasha

P.S. Tomorrow I’m going to give you the insight I had at the dentist, I know, the dentist of all places! Until then, have fun!

P.P.S. I just remembered a book I read 2 years ago ‘Trust your Vibes by Sonia Choquette’, I flicked through it and this is the first thing I read, I think the message is for you

“Don’t hold onto things for sentimental reasons or because you might need it one day. This will just bog you down and cause you to miss the higher, lighter energies of spirit. Ruthlessly go through your stuff and get rid of everything that doesn’t feel positive. And remember as long as we hold onto things, they hold onto us”

Wow, I’ve gotta read that book again!

Whenever you want to bring something new into your life, it’s important to start by changing your current mindset.

The person you are right now, only has the mindset to achieve your current lifestyle. In Nadine’s case, if she wants to start her own full time business, she first needs to transition her mindset from being an employee to being a business owner. If not she’ll get stuck at first base and her fears and doubts will stop her from upgrading her life.

A great way to transition this particular mindset is by stepping into the shoes of the YOU, you want to become. How does the new you think, feel and act? Write it down.

Now imagine you as you are today, put both of you side by side and take a good look at the differences between you both. What changes do you need to make to the current you, before you can step into the new you? Write it down.

Next, choose one of those change and commit to transforming that part of you.

There are other mindset shifts that Nadine (and you) will need to make, here are 3 of them

1. You want results yesterday

This is very common. When you’ve decided to go for it, the impatience sets in and you want results yesterday and for very good reason. The vibration of impatience is very low, so when you are in this emotion, you will attract more of the same low vibration. This definitely isn’t what you want! Instead you want to Practice Patience, to allow you’re unfolding to happen in the right and perfect way.

Mindset Shift # 1: Practice Patience

2. You need to do more courses, read more books, listen to more audios, watch more videos….

I believe that stepping into your greatness requires you to do all these things. However, are you truly implementing these new learnings into your life? If not, why not? I can almost bet, as soon as you finish one book you’re onto the next. When you start down this path, you’re thirst for information is so high, it’s easy to forget you need to take action on what you’ve learned for change to occur.

Mindset Shift # 2: Implement what you have learned before you move on to the next book, course, video etc

3. You can make the transition on your own

Whilst Nadine has a great talent, she needs to be aware that the small her will always overtake the big her, unless she enlists the expertise of those who can take her to the next level. In my case, I have a Business Mentor, a Personal Coach and someone who helps me with my inner healing (plus accountability and support partners). My business and I wouldn’t be where we are without them.

Mindset Shift # 3: For true change to occur, you need to invest in yourself and find someone who can help you achieve your dreams and aspirations

There is so much more I could go into here, but it would take more than email. I hope this has given you a little insight today.

Before I go, I want to give you a sneak peak of what to expect tomorrow.

I was speaking to someone last week who really tested my mindset. She asked where I was in my business and feeling very proud I told her what I was up to. Her reply was “Natasha when are you going to stop the ‘small you’ from preventing the ‘big you’ from stepping up?”

My immediate defensive response was ”but I’m doing so well and I’m really happy with what I’ve produced so far, of course there is always room for improvement but…”

She stopped me in my tracks and replied “Natasha, I know you are capable of so much more, stop selling yourself short and take a look at what is keeping you small”.

Within a few seconds I was in tears because I knew she was right. I had to take a real good look at what was stuck in my vibration keeping me small…..

Look out for tomorrow’s email If you want to know what was in my vibration keeping me small.

I’d love to hear your thoughts!

Love,

Natasha
