 This has to be one of the best sets I have purchased.  This well produced DVD documents an EFT retreat for real people with real issues.  It shows how fears, phobias and traumas can be shifted so they no longer paralyse lives through the use of EFT.  The books, written by EFT Masters, Dr Patricia Carrington and Carol Look are worth their weight in gold.

 

EFT works extremely well with children, the only drawback can be trying to keep them still and occupied during the treatment.  Tappy Bear resolves this quite nicely as it gives the child a sense of comfort and ease and makes EFT fun to do.
