What’s my story? Seven years ago I had everything, I was 28 years old and I had everything a girl could wish for.  I was earning money like there was no tomorrow, I had two properties, I drove a brand new BMW, I could buy my family and friends pretty much anything I wanted, and I did.  I ate in all the best restaurants and I shopped in all the best places, and I thought my life couldn’t get any better.  I had experienced quite a few traumas and lots of turmoil during my life, so this was a welcome break, and it was a break that I knew I deserved.

Two very short years later, not long after my 30th birthday, I lost my life as I knew it.  I thought it was the worst year of my life.  In reality, it was the best year of my life because that’s when I changed everything without even realising it.  This is really important because if I hadn’t gone through that terrible time, I most certainly would not be where I am today. 

So basically in a nutshell, I was 30 years old, my body was sick, I had no job, I had no money.  I lost my $500,000 year-old home, I lost my sense of value and self-worth and I didn’t even recognise myself when I looked in the mirror.  I’d lost every single part of me and I had no idea how to fix it.  I’m really pleased to say that five years later I am a changed person, my life has come completely transformed.  You know they say, that most personal coaches are able to coach because of where they’ve come from and what they’ve experienced, and I’m telling you, there is no way I could be teaching you how to create a life you love if I hadn’t done it already.

It’s taken my two years to consciously create this life, this life that I have right now, and it was a case of working from the inside out.   I fully immersed myself into every self-help, personal growth, self-empowerment, spiritual books, videos, audios that I could find.  I would follow people who I looked up to, I would read their newsletters and I’d do every exercise that they would share.  I literally spent hours every day and lots of money on all kinds of programs and home-study courses.  Some of it made a difference and I’ll be honest with you, some of it just didn’t.  Either way, I made it my number one goal to be the best I could be and step into my brilliance.
