EFT on the hop!

A Lady experiences EFT & Matrix Re-Imprinting for the first time at a networking event and completely releases a traumatic experiences within minutes!

There’s nothing better than being in the right place at the right time!  I arrived at a networking event on Thursday night and a lady I know came to say hello.  When I asked how she was, she said she was quite distressed after a colleague passed out and lay motionless on the floor with his eyes open.  Of course she tried to help but because he wasn’t moving she thought he was dead.  She was very flusterred, holding a hand over her chest area and said that this memory was going to stay with her for a very long time.  

I offered to help her, even though she had no idea what I was going to do.  We went into a room and sat down, I told her to close her eyes and tell me how she was feeling, whilst I started to tap the short cut sequence.  There was no need to set up as she was already heavily in the emotion.  After a couple of rounds calming her nerves, I went straight into matrix reimprinting and asked her to see herself enjoying the conversation with her friends before the incident.  When she could see herself clearly, I told her to step into the picture and mentally tap her ECHO in the same way I was tapping her.  At that moment, I was tapping her collar bone and she lifted her hand to her chest and tapped quite fast (along with her heart rate) on her collar bone point.  Although I moved points she continued to tap on this point, obviously experiencing the comfort and release she needed.

I didn’t want to immediately take her back to the trauma as it was so fresh, so instead I asker her to change the ending of what had happened to something completely different.  She seemed to do this really easily and within a couple of rounds her tapping really slowed down on her collar bone. Her face and chest became less flushed, her body more relaxed and a smile came across her face.  I asked her what was happening in her visualisation and she said smiled and calmly said ‘Oh we’re talking about the kids’.  The next minute she opened her eyes and said ‘oh my goodness, I’m fine, I can’t believe it I’m fine, thank you so much, thank you so much, I can;t believe it, I’m really fine’.

I must admit, I was surprised at how quick she had released the emotion and enjoyed the evidenece in her appearance and language.  For the rest of the evening she told everybody that I had miraculously cured her and said thank you several times.

Just before I was leaving, she said more thank yous and ‘I don’t know what you did to me but I feel so relaxed and so focused and efficient, I feel ready to come back to work tomorrow rather than stay out for longer’.  Of course, I left with a huge smile on my face knowing that I was supposed to be there to help her and marvelling at how quick it all happened.

EFT never ceases to amaze me and now that I use Karl Dawsons Matrix Reimprinting, results happen so much quicker.  I think it also helps to catch the trauma as quick as possible after the event has happened, so it doesn’t continue to manifest negatively. 

I am so grateful that I found this wonderful technique, it has been life changing for me on a personal level and gives me the opportunity to help others wherever I am!

From the moment I was told about EFT, early 2008, I felt an instant connection.  I had no idea why, I just knew I needed to know more.  I downloaded the free manual from Gary Craigs website and read it from cover to cover and then tried it out on myself.  It was a Saturday morning and my boyfriend was in bed, so I thought lets give this a go and see what happens.  I decided to work on an area of my life that I felt I had come to terms with but needed confirmation.  I was extremely surprised when I started crying my eyes out, obviously what I thought was resolved and what was actually resolved were 2 completely different things.

After an hour of tears and a sense of resolution, my boyfriend woke up and asked what was wrong with me.  Quite calmly I told him, I’ve been healing a trauma and I’m ok now.  He gave me a just woke up look and carried on to the bathroom.   I knew something in me had changed and I’ve been practicing EFT every since. 

From that moment, I spent many hours reading case studies on emofree.com, subscribed to many of the EFT Master newsletters and fully emerged myself into this new healing modality.  After a couple of months, I purchased Gary Craigs DVD sets .  Whilst I learned a great deal, I felt I lacked the practice, so booked myself onto a Level 1 & 2 training course in Birmingham.  At this point I had left my job and decided that I was going to do this professionally. 

When it came to booking my level 3 in 2009, I was quite disappointed that I had a trip planned and I was unable to take it with the previous trainers, unless I waited another 6 months.  I was really keen to do level 3 as soon as I could and remembered someone had mentioned Karl Dawson, an EFT Master who provided courses close to Birmingham.  I was thrilled to find out he had a level 3 course in April and immediately booked my place.

I liked Karl as soon as I met him, he has a very warm inviting energy and really knows his stuff.  I spent a great 3 days with him and really wanted to do his Matrix Reimprinting course.  The only thing was the timing and the travelling backwards and forwards to UK.  It took a few moments and a thought came into my head to ask Karl if he’d be interested in coming to Belgium to do his Matrix Reimprinting course.  The answer was a fabulous yes! And here we are with the dates set for a great 5 day training course!
